Composition of the Corporate Covernance of the BNP Paribas Group
Following the Annual General Meeting of 15 may 2007, the Board of Directors is composed of 13 members elected by the shareholders and two members elected by BNP Paribas employees.
For Directors whose term of office is up for renewal, their new term of office is set at three years, in accordance with French corporate governance guidelines.
