Operating under the aegis of the Fondation de France and a member of the Centre Français des Fondations (the French Foundation Centre), the BNP Paribas Foundation strives to preserve and share the knowledge of the wealth of our museums, and to encourage artists and performers in disciplines that receive limited support through corporate patronage. It funds research programmes in high-tech sectors (medical and environmental research) and also supports education and solidarity projects.

Created in 1984, the BNP Paribas Foundation is the referent body with respect to corporate philanthropy within the Group. Working in close collaboration with all of its networks, it supports each of these partners over the long term. The programmes that it develops are implemented in France and rolled out internationally.

The team is made up of 10 individuals in charge of identifying and monitoring projects and for coordinating and evaluating the programmes.
