A programme which relies on skills-based volunteering by BNP Paribas staff.
BNP Paribas is determined to engage openly with the wider society. Civic responsibility and commitment are among the Group’s fundamental values. In this spirit, BNP Paribas strongly encourages its staff to devote some of their spare time and their commitment on a volunteer basis to social initiatives and charity work all over the world.
Accordingly, in 2003, the BNP Paribas Foundation set in motion its “Coup de pouce” programme (Helping Hand programme), which is designed to support projects and initiatives involving staff who engage in voluntary social work with charitable organisations.
A resounding success since it was first launched in France, the programme has now been introduced in several countries in which the Group operates. Algeria, Belgium, Guinea, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia and several Asian countries have all set up their own sponsorship programmes.
Since its creation , more than 500 solidarity organizations were supported by the BNP Paribas Foundation through its Helping Hand program in France. Discover them:

All approved projects can benefit from a grant of up to 4,000 euros.
