Position Summary
Retail Portfolio Relationship Manager executes the relationship with current and potential individual customers with a proven monthly income. He or she maximizes the Bank’s total engagement with each customer by providing or arranging a wide range of banking services/products in line with sales goals assigned by HO.
Accountabilities
- Acquires builds and retains profitable relationships with target customers in line with retail banking strategies of the bank.
- Leads and directs potential customers of other business lines to related branch units.
- Provides full-service banking through the extension of credit and the marketing of deposit-related products, thus contributes to overall branch profit.

Position Summary
A SME (Small& Medium Sized Enterprise) Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationship with current and potential SME customers which are consistent with customer segmentation determined by the Business Line. He or she executes marketing activities related to target customers and has to meet needs of current customers by selling banking products / services.
Accountabilities
- Acquires, builds and retains profitable relationship with target customers in line with SME banking strategies of the bank.
- Provides widespread usage of the banks products and services, gains potential customers, and implements sales plans; thus contributes to overall branch and bank profit.
- Visits customers and evaluates results and feedback of the customer visits.
- Provides valuable input to Credit Committees by analysing and evaluating SME customers’ financial activities, cash flow, and balance sheet figures.
- Evaluates and reports efficiency of SME banking sales activities of the branch.
- Works closely with other sales units of the branch to increase collaboration and synergy among business lines.
- Complies with established bank policies and procedures.
- Follows the developments related to his/her customer segment, news on media related to market expectations, economic and sector developments.

“Innovation Campus” was created to provide competitive advantage in recruitment through reaching the university students who has the potential to create a difference, and is prone to innovation, before our competitors. The program is alive since first quarter of 2008.
The most basic motivations in the design of “Innovation Campus” is to

Considering that there would surely be innovative-creative people within disabled students, TEB has invented a sub program of the Innovation Campus, called “Dis-disabedl Campus”
The campus is open for:
- 3rd and 4th year students who are attending to Business Administration/Economics/Engineering Faculties of Universities.
- MSc students of Banking and Finance schools
- Suitable applications are interviewed and applied required tests by HR; utmost 16 students are invited in each program.
- So far, 2100 students has applied, 290 students has participated in the program and 60 students are offered TEB career opportunities (intern+full time positions)
