No, we consider all applications. Sales experience for retail banking salespeople is as important as a degree in finance. However, targeted roles often require specific degrees.

No. We are an international bank, and accordingly the working language is English in many countries in which we operate. However, the ability to speak a foreign language is an asset. The ability to speak the local language is essential for positions in retail banking.
