Recruitment based on skills and local needs
To meet the development challenges of our international operations, recruitment is carried out at different levels within the Group:
- In each country where BNP Paribas is present, as the job market is primarily local
- By the management of each entity
- Centrally, for cross-departmental positions within the Group
To ensure the quality of the recruitment process, particularly in with respect to non-discrimination, BNP Paribas has developed global guidelines for recruitment best practices for the Group as a whole.
In practice, employee recruitment is based on three main pillars that ensure the principle of non-discrimination: “transparency, objectivity and respect”. These three principles are an integral part of the recruitment process in all of the countries in which the Group operates, and put the candidate at the heart of our recruitment process.
